Refund policy

Under normal circumstances, we do not offer refunds or replacements for orders that are already in transit or have been delivered. However, if a refund request is raised by the customer for any reason, we will thoroughly investigate the matter. Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days and credited directly to the customer’s account. Please note that once an order is placed on our website, it cannot be canceled.

Return request is applicable only for defective items, the return has to be placed within 24 hours from the date if delivery

Note:- Refunds will not be applicable incase a customer has opened the box then it will not be returned, only the sealed packed box will be returned.

If refund is approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment account within 5-7 business days.
